Terms of service

1. The service

Wirecharm is operated by AIRGAP STUDIO, LLC (“we”, “us”). It helps you arrange electrical parts, plan cable runs, and organize floors or electronics plans. These terms apply when you use the service. Contact Contact us with questions.

You must be able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Wirecharm is not intended for children under 13.

2. Planning and AI output

Wirecharm does not simulate, certify, or approve electrical installations. Layouts, cable lengths, parts, and AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify specifications and applicable requirements independently. Use a qualified professional for building wiring or other work that requires one.

3. Your account and content

Keep your account secure and use content you have permission to upload. Projects start Private. Public projects and Unlisted links allow others to access and copy the content you share. Unlisted Editors can modify the original. Directory listing requires admin review and may be removed. You keep the rights you hold in your content. You allow us and our service providers to store and process it as needed to provide the service, including AI features you request.

Do not use Wirecharm unlawfully, interfere with the service, access another account, or evade payment or credit limits. We may suspend access for abuse, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements.

4. Prices and renewal

Prices are in USD: Premium is $8/month or $80/year; Lifetime is $250 once. First-time Premium subscribers on monthly billing pay $1 for the first month, then $8/month. This one-time offer is tracked per verified email, is not restored by cancellation, refund, or account deletion, and does not apply to annual billing. Yearly billing includes two months free compared with twelve regular monthly payments. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Paid features start after confirmed payment.

Premium renews automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. Cancel through Account → Manage your plan → Manage billing before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. Switching billing intervals may create prorated charges or credits shown by Stripe.

Lifetime provides the paid features for the operating life of the Wirecharm service. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever. It has no recurring plan fee.

5. AI credits and auto-refill

Starter includes 1,000 credits once per verified email. Premium and Lifetime include 10,000 credits each month. AI usage is charged in credits based on context and generated output. A typical project uses about 1,000 credits; small edits and parts usually use fewer. Failed or cancelled requests return their credit. Monthly credits do not roll over; purchased credits do not expire while the service operates. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Extra 5,000-credit packs cost $5. Auto-refill is optional and off by default. Enabling it authorizes $5 purchases using your saved payment method when the balance reaches your chosen threshold, up to your selected monthly limit. Enabling can trigger an immediate refill. Limits reset by UTC calendar month. Disabling stops future refills, but a pending payment may complete.

6. Refunds

Plan payments are eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days of payment. Credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if unused. Partly or fully used credit packs are not eligible under this policy.

Contact us within that window with your account email and receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method. Contact us about duplicate charges or billing errors even if the window has passed. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, and a refund does not itself cancel subscription renewal. Cancel Premium through Account → Manage your plan → Manage billing if you want to stop future charges. A refunded payment removes the corresponding paid access or credits.

7. Storage and deletion

Free includes 5 saved projects, Premium 20, and Lifetime 1,000. Project limits are independent of AI credits. Existing projects remain available after a downgrade; adding a project requires space under the current limit. Browser saves stay on your device and can be lost if you clear site data. Export backups of important work. Cloud saves require a paid plan. After a downgrade, existing cloud work remains readable and exportable; new cloud writes to your own projects require paid access. Signed-in Editors can save changes to a shared Unlisted project without a paid plan.

Account deletion removes your account and cloud content. Cancel subscriptions and disable auto-refill first. Payment and abuse-prevention records may remain as described in the Privacy policy.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Wirecharm available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect. Changes to future subscription prices will be disclosed before renewal. You can stop using the service and cancel renewal if you do not agree.
