Save in this browser

Starter saves projects and reusable parts on this device, without a paid plan. Edits stay in a browser copy. Project not saved means the project has no current cloud save. The Save button opens plan options for cloud storage.

Use the same browser and account to find your work. Guest work and signed-in accounts have separate browser libraries. Private browsing, clearing site data, or switching devices can make local work unavailable.

Export a JSON backup before clearing browser data. Use Projects → Import to open it again.

Save with your account

Sign in with Google or a verified email account. Premium and Lifetime include private cloud projects and parts. Projects save to your account automatically. Successful saves stay quiet. If a save fails, Wirecharm shows a retry countdown with increasing delays, up to 60 seconds. Choose Retry to try immediately.

Cloud saves do not sync unsaved guest work by themselves. Open the browser project while signed in with an eligible plan to save it to your account. After a downgrade, existing cloud work remains readable and exportable.

If a save is missing

• Check that you are using the original browser and signed-in account.
• Open Projects and check both browser and account projects.
• If saving fails, keep the tab open and export a backup.
• If another tab changed a cloud project, reload its latest version before saving over it.

Delete an account

Export anything you want to keep. Cancel any active Premium subscription and turn off auto-refill. Resolve a pending refill before deleting.

Open your account, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation. You may need to sign in again. This removes the account and its cloud projects and catalog. Browser copies and exported files must be removed on your device.

Payment records and a minimal record of the free-credit claim may remain for billing, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. For data requests, contact us.
