Choose a plan

All prices are in USD. Paid access starts after payment is confirmed.

Manual editing, import, and export are free. Paid plans add cloud saves, Viewer or Editor sharing links, and eligibility for directory review. Only cloud projects can be shared. AI needs a verified account. Choose Monthly or Yearly in the plan comparison. Annual Premium includes two months free: $80/year (about $6.67/month), saving $16 compared with 12 regular monthly payments. First-time Premium subscribers can start monthly billing for $1 for their first month, then $8/month. The introductory offer applies once per verified email and does not apply to annual billing. Free stays subscribed when a paid plan is active. Project limits are separate from credits; buying credits does not add project slots. Existing projects are retained if you downgrade, but you must be below your limit to add another project. Lifetime covers the life of the Wirecharm service.

Check your balance

Open Account → Manage your plan in the editor. Your balance shows monthly, Starter, and purchased credits, plus recent activity.

• A typical project uses about 1,000 credits, a small edit about 100–300, and a new part about 100–200. Larger sections, more parts and cables, references, and complex changes use more. The estimate and maximum appear before you generate. A repair attempt counts toward the same request maximum.
• Failed or cancelled requests return their credit. An interrupted request may take about 10 minutes to recover.
• Monthly credits refresh on your monthly purchase anniversary. Annual and Lifetime plans also refresh monthly.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Starter credits are granted once per verified email. Purchased credits do not expire.

Monthly credits are used first, then Starter credits, then purchased credits. Buy 5,000 extra credits for $5 from Add 5,000 credits.

Set up auto-refill

1. Save a payment method through Manage billing or opt in when buying a credit pack.
2. In Account → Manage your plan, enable auto-refill and choose a balance threshold and monthly spending limit.
3. Confirm the charge authorization and save.

Each refill buys 5,000 credits for $5. Enabling can charge immediately if your balance is already at or below the threshold. Spending limits reset each calendar month in UTC.

Auto-refill is off by default. Turn it off to stop future refills; a pending payment may still complete. Failed payments pause refills until you fix the payment method and enable them again.

Change or cancel a plan

Open Account → Manage your plan → Manage billing to update your payment method, switch monthly or annual billing, view invoices, or cancel Premium. Stripe shows any charges or credits before you confirm a change.

Premium renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Access continues until the paid period ends. Existing cloud projects remain readable and exportable after downgrade; new cloud saves require a paid plan.

To move from Premium to Lifetime, let your subscription end first. Lifetime has no subscription renewal. Plan payments and unused credit packs have a 14-day refund window. Contact us within 14 days of payment with your account email and receipt. Partly or fully used credit packs are not eligible under this policy. See refund terms.
